All the products by Life Wild are sugar-free and free from chemical sweeteners. They are lightly sweetened with Organic Monk Fruit Extract - a true non-caloric sweetener with unique health benefits. Monk fruit has been used extensively in China for metabolic health.

Natural flavors are typically produced through chemical extraction, and contains hidden carriers not listed on the label such as maltodextrin, triacetin, glycerin, propylene glycol, corn syrup, allergens, animal derivatives, and other chemicals. We use Organic Certified flavors that are cleanly produced from plant origins. We focus on flavoring with phyto-active components that have nutritive values, as explained in detail in our dossier.

We believe that heavy metals—even so-called ‘natural’ ones—can have detrimental effects on human health as well as the environment. Therefore, we test every batch for heavy metal contamination. However, not all of our product batches are Prop 65 compliant.

To clarify, it is important to distinguish between the industry standard and California law in regards to heavy metal levels. The general standard of the food and supplement industry is based on a percentage amount and companies are allowed to make their own standards, with a wide range between 10ppm and 1ppm. However, California law is based on the amount per serving. The same product with a high heavy metal load can be Prop 65 compliant at a reduced dose. Therefore, we consider percentage limit a stronger indicator of ingredient quality, and we have established our limit to the lowest level possible—1ppm—rather than simply reducing the serving size to make it appear uncontaminated. This amount can found in the best-grown produce. 

We don’t add a bunch of “filler ingredients,” so clumping might naturally occur when the product is settled on its place for a long time, or not closed properly. If this happens, simply shake the tightly closed bottle, until all the clumps break up, leave it closed for a few seconds before opening so all the powder settles back. You may also use a dry mixer or blender.

Keep the bottles tightly closed in a cool and dry place. No refrigeration is needed. Use before the expiration date.

You can select from the available shipping options at checkout. Estimated arrival times are based on 48 hours order processing time and calculated shipping time based on your location, your order might arrive earlier, but in an unlikely event not later than 2 days after the estimated arrival time.

Tracking is available on the “order status page”, you will get a link to the order status page in your order confirmation email. You will also get your tracking number in a separate email, once the order is sent out. If you open up an account at checkout or you have an existing account, you will be able to track your order on your account page.

Please note that sample products are shipped from our office and regular orders are shipped from our warehouse so they might come in different shipments.
